I think it needs to be dropped back to a week. My opinion a good potion of the builds on the public servers are serial refreshers that are not actually playing the game. Just taking up space on the server.

10 days is fine as it is. Serial refreshers are going to refresh regardless the time and it was bumped up to 10 days for a very good reason; it gives a chance for weekend players to save their stuff when major issues happen over the weekend.
