Items disappear on anyone before?

I died due to game lag - yes game lag - I nvr ever lagged before I came back to my body which was moving stuff so had 2300% over weight and only got 92% back which included all the thralls 43 of them all my gear and everything is there anyway to contact GM

WT… again this has happened to me I just remade my gear went out and stupid me forgot to make sandmask so I died and all my stuff was not on my body PLEASE FIX this glitch of item disappearing

Yes this has happened to me as well if dying while I was carrying a truly full inventory around. Still not quite sure what I lost, but it included some items I always carry (like pick/hatchet) which is how I noticed in the first place.
