Items disappearing, when placed in pet slot

As the title says, since the recent update any item I place in a pet slot vanishes when I click back onto the pet. Has anyone else had this problem?

They insta devour all food now for some reason. If u meant other items idk

Thanks. I just tested with none food items and they are still there. Thank you for the reply and info.

Greetings!
Hunger system is gone, if you place food they will get buff (if favorite buff will last longer).
So don’t give thralls nor pets food to carry, they will eat it all.
