Well, an admin could help you take a look what may have caused it in the database.

But since it’s a official your chances are bad. I still think you were robbed. Maybe with some world boss ord wild life creature to trick the log. You have nothing suspicious as your last entry, do you?
You said exactly what happened. You got purged and the purge took out some of your foundations and other stuff looking at the picture, unfortunately your storage boxes were on those foundations and when the foundations were destroyed, so were the boxes and their contents.
The log doesn’t list everything destroyed by a purge as you cannot scroll up the list, for whatever reason.

I understand you’re frustrated man, but we’re all trying to help you out by understanding everything fully.
So as I understand it, you had a purge that you successfully fended off. After which those 4 foundations and chests were still there. You logged off and when you came back, they were gone.
If that is correct, lets move on.
You are on official. PVP or PVE?
If PVP, there is a good chance someone on the server robbed you.
If PVE, there is a good chance someone on the server drew a boss to your place and that did it.
Those are my guesses.

Why people keep focusing on that word " purge " as i said before i say it again i had the Purge 3 days ago and i even did take out some Hardened bricks last night. why is it so hard to understand what i am saying! i did post here for an admin to solve this issue not get weird response from random conan players! with all respect but the response here are no help. i have contacted funcom directly. thanks anyways for all the replies than been useful.
Hi, items magically disappearing is a bug that has been around for a long time. It has happened twice in my case and in numerous other cases on the official server I play on. There are many posting about this problem. I have posted an item in the support forum(before they changed the ‘support’ forum into ‘players helping players’), but all postings were ignored completely. Reality is, they do not test, they do not investigate and they do not care. So noone knows why things magically disappear. Btw a simple object count before and after restart would tell them, either they know it and rather hide it or they simply do not care about it. Pick your poison.

Yes please contact Funcom directly from now on. I hope you get the answer you are looking for from them. I am sorry that non of us were able to help you out.
Again I have have just experienced this bug. I logged out to avoid being killed during pvp hours. I usually take all my gear off and stick in various benches or chests and i now have lost all my legendary gear that my friend had given me. This is a massive game breaking bug especially for ppl like me who are low level and trying to grind out. I am just thinking of quitting as its a complete waste of time when mats and valuable items disappearing like a fart in the wind. I bought both dlc in the last week and I regret very much this decision. As there is no way of getting items back I don’t see the point of even grinding any more.

You do know that your body stays in the world when you log out and is that much easier to kill right? Not a bug.

Same happened to me and my gear disappeared when I was logged off, don’t give me that " someone looted you " crap, I live in a hanging base, it’s extremely difficult to get up there and they’d need to loot through walls, which isn’t possible considering where I sleep in the hanging base.
Secondly, all our dyes disappeared from their box, the box was locked and once again in a hanging base, this is a bug, not the actions of a player or clan mate.
Get your backsides in gear funcom, I saw a post on reddit the other day full of hate for your ineptitude when it comes to fixing game breaking bugs, these bugs are preventing this game from being truly great.

Yep, stuff regularly goes awol in solo single player, log off for 5 mins to get a drink, come back, stuff gone. No purge or player death. Thralls vanish, random building sections despawn, progress resets, items in crafting stations vanish. All gamebreaking bugs imo as its getting impossible to level up gear and kills your desire to progress if its just going to vanish. I dont see a fix anytime soon. I will pop back in another month to see if its changed, i highly doubt it though.

Seems like Funcom doesn’t give a clue about their customers at all. people who put their money in their pocket and get no respect. people who spend their time and effort in this game but all this bugs and issues and doesn’t seem like any of them care or gives a damn thing about it. Very sad but that’s the reality of the staff of this game. Very good game and fun but the problem are more than the joy. I have contacted them directly by email but so far no response other than " we have received your email " but we don’t care you did spend 5 days harvesting and its gone now! and all the players knows about all these issues but there is still some people who comes here and pretend that its peoples fault that these things happens!

We all know the game is full of bugs right now, anyone playing right now should be more than prepared for setbacks and issues in-game. If you don’t like the game as it is, put it down and come back in a few months mate. Save yourself the stress.
I’m very pleased that they don’t reply to every email asking for game loot back. Their time is better spent searching for bugs and solutions. Store your loot in a safer place, better still, get used to the concept of this game in that loot will come and go all the time. It’s a game, but still a good life lesson to learn as it will affect you in real life too.
I agree, we DO all know there are issues and bugs in the game, no-one blames the players for the bugs.

Just one more possebility that i have encountered myself. I have a wheel near mounds of the dead and two people build real close to my wheelbase there. My base gets damaged whenever their wheelbases get purged. Is there someone close to you that might have gotten purged?
Sadly the log doesnt have time stamps.
This is very plausible. If my base was being purged, I would try and divert the purge to a neighbours base if possible, its a widely used tactic.
Also the purges will often just attack any base in the area they are heading to, so yes, this is a likely cause.

Honestly, my clan on PvP server 1599 had this issue recently as well. Furnaces and such simply vanishing. We don’t think it was another player/clan or an inside job, and no Purge ever got close to the vanished items.
There is no one near my base and its on a mountain and i have been online most of the time!
i don’t know why my comments offend you. i have the right to say what i mean and what i feel about a game i have paid for! and its my decision to chose if i want to still play or not. Seems like you haven’t got the issue. imagine yourself spending days and hours farming and its just disappears over the night. i say it again its my right to say what i feel and experience about a game i have paid for like you have. and you have no right to tell me these things you just did. Your pleased by others wasted time and effort shows what kind of person you are. Your doing good work for Funcom. I like the game but the problems takes the joy away. and what i have experienced isn’t right. And as a customer i have the right to tell that its not right to waste my time because of a bug or issue in game. and its my RIGHT.
