Hello, I was killed when I was offline. How can this happen?

On pve I was killed inside as a player waited for the thralls to open the door and went inside the base.
On pvp if there is not enough distance between yourself and the exterior such as about 2 foundations, you can be killed by gas either from an arrow or by a gas orb.
I have had also been killed twice whilst I had logged off inside my base at the end of raid times and come morning I had been killed and my body looted, no sign of anyone bombing, nothing else gone, I assumed they were cheaters, but another possibility is that the base’s I was inside of were ceiling base’s and somehow I slipped through these due to somesort of error with the foundations and sinking into them.

In some locations the sandstorm can kill you indoors I started logging out with sandstorm mask @Mityai welcome to the Forum
