I just confirmed that this bug exists on Xbox as well.
“PvE: Only creatures and NPCs can harm you if you’re playing on a PvE server: thralls won’t attack players, and players can’t attack thralls.”
I just ran up to and punched someone’s fighter. He did not attack back but he did take damage.
