Large unused water well

Age of Empires on conan

well I can safely say that if someone combined CE and Medival Dynasty , maybe even with terrain modification and the ability to build and control a sailing ship like in Valheim I would buy such a game without hesitation

I’d just set with a Conan Exiles that has good economy/thrall management like medieval dynasty

Of course! it would give much more life and dynamics to the game, what would also be interesting would be to create a market in Serpemeru where players from the server itself could put items for sale and create a purchase currency for this type of item

Yeah some kind of NPC market would be interesting , for example as an opportunity to offer for sale some uninteresting legendary weapons etc to newcomers , maybe even just for a symbolic price…

I don’t know if you’ve played ESO, the guild trader system is very efficient, and there it’s just like our real market because some types of items may be at a high price this week because it’s harder to find but next week it may be more easy, so its price would decrease and as it would become more difficult to find more expensive again.

Heck I would like to see a change in that you can only build a base near water sources (and keeps noobs on noob river until they unlock wells) and the wells give you a circle zone to build on. The larger well provides a larger zone (5x or something).

it’s kind of hard to apply this, it’s easier to create a well for fish, I believe that pollution with traps would decrease a lot.

Hello everyone ! :cowboy_hat_face:
I took the liberty of adding a suggestion on my own topic on the subject of wells. I share it with you here:
“Making pits much more necessary for game progression:
Add for slave wheels and animal enclosures a water gauge. This water is necessary (in addition to food) for the progression of Thralls/pets. The higher the category of the animal or the level of the slaves, the more water it consumes. A well thus makes it possible to automatically supply it with water. A well must therefore be placed nearby to function properly. The size of the well varies the radius of action and the quantity delivered.

Meh, don’t think wells will ever be “necessary”.
Since you can put tons of berries in fluid press and get berry pulp (which you can drink), you’ll never need water wells. 1000 berries make 600 berry pulps, which will last for … 1-2 months, mayve even more.

They quench thrist quite good. Also I think their timer is halted when player is not online, so they decay very slowly.

The main ‘selling point’ of this over-sized well was that fact you could put fish traps in it.

Was perfect in that regard, and would give you an alternative source of food , without having to be next to a river, which in turn freed you up to build in more places, because usually rivers are heavily built on areas.

Then they nerfed it all. I think it was a mistake personally, as it pretty much rendered it useless and obsolete, when as everyone else pointed out above, the smaller and more cost effective version of the well was a far more viable option.

This makes it onto my list of changes that IMO were for the worse in general:

  1. Overly strict and narrow tethering for NPCs and enemies.
  2. Enemies mysteriously and miraculously recharging health within seconds of rubber banding back to their position, because of said tethering system.
  3. Inability to stagger enemies, and in turn enemies now being able to stagger you continuously.
  4. Damage output of enemies and NPCs , the amount of damage inflicted now, is ridiculous, pretty much all I do now , is run around trying not to be one-shotted by pretty much any human enemy in the game.
  5. Great-swords and Great-axes reach / range. C’mon it’s absurd, really.

I HATE all of these changes with a passion, it’s like you actively despise single-players Funcom.

I stopped going into any dungeons after these changes, and haven’t been since, it just wasn’t worth the aggro.
