Since my fighting thralls are never fought but killed by gas orbs or arrows if they don’t wear masks, I can’t equip them with proper helmets.
A solution I would love to see in-game is to let thralls equip masks automatically, once they get gas damage - only if they have one in their inventory certainly. This would help with the diversity of thrall gear, while still needing some extra effort by the player.
I would like to be able to adapt my gear to withstand different environmental hazards instead. The auto-equip feature would be good.
To make sure not all gear pieces get the same modification treatments i.e. that the meta only has a single tier of gear to work with, adding multiple hazard sources will provide necessity to each tier; reason to provide counter measures. Then have them involve some specific counters to material detail for specific gears to influence our choices to a necessary, healthy, workable level.
Level of utilised biometrics is quite low in this game.
