Now back in the Grave Matters event I would have sworn it was specifically stated that the skelos cultist master armor and the placeables you got from the event were going to be made available in 3.0. Yet I don’t see any of these anywhere in all of the 3.0 hoopla.
Curious that 
I never saw them explicitly state they would return in 3.0, only that they would be made available again.
However, they did say that the Grave Matters event will be returning in 3.0.
So, unless they decided to remove the old items from the event for some strange reason, then they should be returning in 3.0.
