I actually understood the first part of your text without the translator… Maybe thanks to the context as well.

But I would not depend on Zendesk too much. The same as they un-ban some players randomly, the same way those players have been banned in the first place. I don’t believe it has whatever to do with some mail tickets and them reading those one by one…

But yeah, better to do it and send the ticket, hopefully nothing can go wrong if you do so… I did so as well.

qual o discord desses inúteis ?

You don’t say? I can’t remember why I was banned in the first place. Well, permanently banned from Official servers. Which is fine, I have my own server and sometime I join others… but if they randomly un-ban players lately, perhaps I got something to do while we wait. I like to believe I’m a nice player after all… xD

(Banned right before Age of Sorcery)

:brazil: bug

From past experiences with Conan exiles patches and actual hour. Do you think this would be able to be fix today so we can play?

Please guys, don’t post multiple tickets! This will only pump up the workload, as they have to sift through doubles. This might cause others to wait even longer for their ticket to be handled.

Though it was time to go put a negative on the Steam because it is taking too long to even get an answer, but I was unsure as I thought I wasnt being reasonable. Then I finally decided to go, and I was even sad to see the number of people who already had.

one page and at least 10 negatives solely on this problem alone.

:brazil:
O discord FUNCOM é esse aqui sejam todos bem vindos XD

O meu é esse aqui:

I meant they un-ban those wrongfully charged for the debt. xDDD And you ofc know what I mean… You only being naughty :sob:

About bans in general… I never had one, so might not be the RIGHT one to discuss it with.

They should have thought about it and turned the bazaar offline, gave a break to people allowing them to play while they solve a problem THEY caused.

From that point on, the problems are all on them. Not us. We have been patient a lot for a long time.

Absolutely right. They foisted this microtransaction scheme on us in a way NO ONE wanted, using all the sleaziest pressure tactics available, engaging in blatant psychological manipulation of their players… and we accepted it. We stayed and we bought things. Severely overpriced things, many of which are broken and have not been fixed. All to support the game we love or at least mostly enjoy. And this is how they thank us. How they handle fixing it and how fast they do it and how sincerely they apologize and make amends is going to determine a lot of things for me going forward.

iam almost possitive it will take days for then to fix each case manually. they cant fix it without people reporting it, and them reviewing case by case.

i wonder why not simply turn off the banning thing ? so people cn play and wait for the Crom coins fix ?

As someone pointed out up above, when the problem was people not being able to buy things in the bazaar, it was solved in a few hours.

might be simpler ? maybe. But sure isnt more important.

Sauce for the update?

Once again I’m always amazed at the number of people who think problems like this can just be so easily fixed like pushing a button or flipping a switch…and have 0 idea how things actually work.

I don’t think people would send multiple tickets on purpose. I sent two only because in the first case I picked up the wrong section of problem, so it might go unseen.

And also I still don’t believe this solves anything, probably serves just as a placebo for waiting players.

Solving the actual problem isnt simple, that is for sure.

But allowing people to play the game while they solve the problem, that is simple. Because they can lift the verification.

People who never bought anything in the bazaar can play normally. I can play normally in the same machine, just changing to my backup account. That means if they simply suspend the DRM for while they are working, everyone can play.

Some might play for free unrightfully ? maybe. I am sure it less of a loss than keeping it as it is.
