Lemurian Weapons have no Exceptional or Flawless Version.
There is a Level 4 Lemurian Blacksmith.
Would be fitting, if she - after all that hunt, could make the weapon that would be expected.

Agreed all T4 thralls should allow for custom armor, weapons, etc. They are pretty hard to get now. A little something for the effort.
