I have the armor and blacksmith temperwright. It is not allowing me to make legendary repair kits. Do I have to be level 60? I have read there was a bug or glitch when I searched google; but the post showed a few years back. Has it been fixed? All advice or ways to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum @Newbie567 was wondering that myself today my temper Smith can make a grand Master repair kit however not a Master I wonder if we learn that elsewhere in the world perhaps in the place you learn cartography using fragments of power. Some one will help us out thank you for the post i forgot to ask earlier today. @stelagel help us.

Legendary repair kits was renamed to Grandmaster repair kits because legendary items can no longer be repaired

Master repair kits is part of the Master Tinker feat, Grandmaster weapon repair kits are learned in warmaker dungeon by the tablets on each side of the exit of last boss room

There’s nothing wrong with your crafters. Like @Frillen said there are no legendary repairs anymore. The durability of many legendary items has been changed, your expertise perk may give them more durability, but that’s it.
No more repairs for legendary items.
