Bug Description:
purchased the “stonebrick 2” pack off the bazzaar and did not receive the lattice window piece. I have seen this isue reported multiple times. Also bought out the battle pass and did not receive the arcane motif frame item even though I unlocked all the other battle pass stuff. I have checked in my ancestral knowledge category and neither of them are unlocked, nor can I find the pieces in the build hammer.
