My account is frozen

Good afternoon! I wrote to [Funcom Support #1147881] about this issue, but there is still no response.
The problem is:
On 14.08.20, after a failed payment (reference 123282491, Playtime start 2020-08-14 04:45: 41), my account was frozen. Repeated payment attempts failed.
Playtime start 2020-08-14 08: 59: 25) was successfully completed, but it did not lead to my account being unfrozen.
In this regard, I ask you to delete all my payments with the Failed status, and unfrozen my account.
