My chests are decaying inside the base

I lost 10 decayed chests inside my base. All with enough material and equipment. No justification because I’ve been playing every day.

Never place chests on top of a placeable (shelves, rugs, etc.), they can disappear, possibly due to a loading order. Sorry for your loss.

What DaVice says is correct. But what troubles me is your event log message, it speaks about abandoned, not stability loss, did i understand correctly?

Placeables on top of placeables do not always reset decay timers. This bug has been around since 2.8.
