Im having the exact same issue. I was walking on the coast in the southern most part of the map and my game froze and eventually dashboarded. Now when i try to log on it either only loads halfway before freezing, or will load into the game for 1 second before crashing. Been this way for 2 days now, reinstalling the game had no effect so i guess i just have to wait for Funcom to eventually fix the issue. Unfortunately, by the time this is fixed my base would have already decayed, if it hasnt already been raided.

Myself and a few others have been saying we canāt get into the game as it will load in then automatically freeze and a few moments later the game will crash; but only when we get closer to the southern volcanic area of siptah. Anyone else having this issue??
we all have this problem whit the new lands on siptha so long you stay on the main big island you are fine otherwise you stucke
Hey I am now having the same issue on official pve 7051. I teleported to the south near the volcano and now it will not load or freezes as soon as the server message pops up about the rules. My clan is able to play still but they are near the demon leyshrine and still able to play. I tried using a different xbox and the same thing happened. My clan could play but my account could not. My clan is S.laughter and I go by the same name TheSneakyTeepee. Thank you all for the help. Hope to play again soon
My teleport pad is almost right next to the living mountain world boss if that helps
Also having this issue on my dedicated server on Isle of Siptah. Once I hit the south location my game crashed and then once I loaded back in it froze and canāt do anything. Canāt bring up the start menu, nothing. Thereās something completely wrong with the south location.
My clan and I are having pretty much the exact same issue. We play on PvE Official 7051. After the small update this week my clan mates have been either
A. Unable to get past the loading screen. Clanmates tell me they cant get past half way on the progress bar.
B. They can worm their way into the server (when they are lucky) but only to hard crash a.k.a. freeze after only seconds of being in the game.
Using any tricks we can think of we managed to get into the game and get our characters away from the area we found to be the problem. The southwestern part of the map. We found that even just looking in that direction from a few map tiles away will freeze a.k.a. crash the game immediately.
Very frustrating and game breaking bug. If yall need additional videos i can send some. Although best i can explain is pretty much what i said earlier in the post. The south western part of the map or the volcano islet causes immediate and inevitable crashing if you get too close or look in that direction. Even from 3 map tiles away we have crashed. Im no expert but pretty sure something you added or took away in the recent patch is causing this issue. The issue persists even in offline/private/official servers. I wonder if the issue is global across the other platforms as well?
In the mean time my clan and I are staying in the northern part of the map, never going to any maptile below the tower in the middle, untill this is all just a bad memory and we can go back to enjoying the game.
Iām having the same issue, was completely fine for days, and my first time going into the southwest area of the map, multiple crashes to the point it will not even load the server, just gets stuck on an infinite loading screen.

For me it was working too load in on a old gen consol ( x box one x) then i was a enough time to let me get killed spawned at my base and summond my corps . Today i was playing whitout any problem so long i stay on the main isle of siptha
Hey we play on that server too. I remember seeing your name and clan name a few times.
Our base is directly in the currently bugged zone. I was in a different part of the map when the update happed in caused all the freezing. I do remember my clanmates were able to get away from there except for 1 of them. Then we started building up north.
I dont remember exactly all the steps or tricks they used to manage to get away but i figured i would share what i do remember.
One of them would clear the reserved space under game management in the xbox menus to be able to log in. It would allow him to at least load in, but only for a few seconds. He would try to run northeast and refrain from looking south. This allowed him to run a few steps. He would then clear the reserved space again and repeat the steps untill he was far enough away from the bugged area and could run normal again.
The second one got lucky loading in on his first try. He took his bracelet off immediately and spawned at a minibase up north.
My third clanmate is less fortunate. Hes unable to get in at all and hes tried all these steps. But hopefully you can try these and they work.

Add my name to the listā¦ Built a Transport Stone in Grid F5, the upper corner. I teleported to it, and blam- crash. Now I get stuck loading every time I try to log back in. Official PVE 7056.

Hey all just now got my character back by holding my stick up so my character would look straight up and I was able to remove my bracelet. I tried summoning my body back but it didnt work. I lost everything I was wearing and carrying but its a good trade to be able to play again. Im on official server pve 7051 and am able to play near the leyshrine of the demon. Good luck all

Unfortunately, nothing works for me. I teleported right into the heart of that place, so I never even get past the loading screenā¦ and I was looking forward to playing a lot this weekend.

try out on a older x box for me it was work on a x box one x long enought too remov my braclet and then spawn back in home bass summoning my corps

Same issue in single player. My base is in E7, and the game freezes in less than 30 seconds, then crashes after 1 minute. I submitted a bug report, and only after saw your post. I can no longer play the game.
