Found bassan named armorer in set city at south lake by the alchemist and cook there was told there’s 5 possible named armor
And south lake has 2 armor spawns
And you can also get a named black Smith from the spawn there and a named smelter
Too many mendicants in this thread. 
I nabbed two armorers in Sep since the patch, Hanar of Bossonia (flawless aquilonian) and Arcen Brokenfingers ( not sure what he does). Also got one of the archers Lyssa o the Longbow and both named taskmasters, which I’m pretty sure weren’t spawning prior to the patch.
I’ve gotten one steeltoe from sep city and another steeltoe from Grr spawn. They must be sisters
