New progression system / perk system / everything

When I was making posts lately I was talking about making new skills, the tree of typical MMO and styles you choose to play and encumbrance rework, imagine you are a builder so you get more encumbrance and use fewer materials than gatherer or something, giving us slowly more materials per hit. And then after looking over new games i found this one with system that could work perfectly in conan and make more balance easily , what do you think, would that work , is it cool?
PS. Choosing anything in conan exiles means totally nothing , you can reset skills every 10 seconds , you are not unique at all (especially carrying all weapons)
