don’t release the new new content before you fix it.
I think these are the most issue on this game right now, people leave because they doesnt have fun of it to finding new bugs after every single new patches. PLEASE don’t break 3-4 things on a game when you fixing 2 other bugs!
Personally i love this game, i love the building mechanics and the fighting mechanism of the game. You did a really good job with this Thrall nerfing update, and luckly you haven’t touched the pets. Now feels more balanced between the thralls and pets.
There is one MAIN ISSUE what i don’t really like is the PURGE SYSTEM. On pve/pve-c servers its really boring. There is a few ideas about a new purge:
Daily purge for everyone without activities. (the higher purge meter gives bigger purge waves.)
reduce the chance for the purged thralls
In high zone the human purges can use siege, (explosives, catapult, battering ram.)
Much appreciated if you achieve of these ideas.
Please make this happen.
I would like to see each person only trigger a purge while they are online, and only after they have been online for X hours, perhaps personal based rather then clan based even. means larger clans get more purges, or perhaps make the larger clans get much larger purges.
But, I would also say remove purge only thralls, I hate having to run past the foes to first check if I goto knock them out before I start killing.
And make sure the purge creatures don’t teleport, building a cool well built base is garbage when the creatures just teleport all over and sometimes into places never even used. friend had to tear down walls cuz some teleported into a space that wasn’t used normally.
Make the purges challenging and not trivial, and make there challenge not based on location but on level and clan size ect.
And for gods sake make there some way to controle which base is targeted so it won’t target that small 3 foundation base in middle of nowhere ect
they cant do that, purge is based already on activity, fighting bosses increases the meter and being online ingame increases purge meter, building increases purge meter, if purge would come more often what is the point you get all the purge crafters faster, yes and then what?this is comment someone would say who doesnt have much pvp, and is part of peacefull boring server…were pvp doesnt concrete exist.
so i doubt they would change this ever as its a special aspect of the game, purge means they keep players on theyre toes that theyre bases can be in danger , if not by other players, it keeps the balance and second, you can score special crafters that only a purge can provide…so i doubt they will make it come more and faster…but nothing wrong with hopes and dreams…

ps i do hope they fix purge spawns, inside a base spawning is so bad…if the base is unreachable i agree then yes, but when a base is ground level its bad…just make them spawn outside funcom…
I’m not sure what you mean by “without activities”, but I would vehemently oppose any idea that would require me to log onto my preferred PVE(-C) server(s) every day and wait to see if I’m going to get purged.
I have a job and a family and my free time is limited. I play Conan Exiles to have fun and relax, not to add another obligation to my calendar. A game should be like a party, not an appointment.
That said, I would support an idea that would make it easier for a lone player to get a Purge on an official server. For example, if my Purge meter didn’t go down while I was offline, it wouldn’t be such a chore to get a Purge.
Why? The RNG already makes it a serious pain to get a Purge-only thrall I’m hoping for: first the RNG has to grant me a human Purge, then it has to grant me the Purge of the particular faction I’m interested in, and then it has to spawn that particular type of thrall. And all of that on top of all the effort I go to just to trigger a Purge.
Some human Purges already use orbs. It would be interesting to see them use trebuchets and jars, but I would hope it would also be balanced based on the region, the base size, the base tier and/or the clan size.
Purge meter still can works on activities almost like now, if you can filled up the bar higher the purge waves could be much bigger. For bigger clans ofcourse.
I agree with all your points still not really fixed the texture bugs and the teleports.
Thats why they should decrease the chance for the purge thralls to not haveing them in a week. Just make them crazy rarely and let the purge hits every single day (if you are online) Its not gonna breaks the conetent just keeps the pve server live. Even for a solo player on official you have to play a lot for your own purge. Thats the every day process gameing for solo and not everyone have that much time to play the game. And he miss few days the purge meter just drops down pretty boring.
That setting means there must be a minimum number of people online. It doesn’t mean the people who will get purged have to be online. For example, if my purge meter is purple, I will get purged. So if you log in during purge time, that meets the minimum requirement of 1 person online. So the purge will happen, to me, because someone else logged in.
Also, a Purge targeting someone else’s base may attack your base instead if the bases are close enough together, and if your base is on the Purge’s path or close to it. Purge is like a riot: once they get angry enough to take action, they don’t care who gets hurt as long as someone gets hurt.
I guess really for non official server there are enough settings to make purges happen more often. But I would love to see special thralls plain removed from the purge. I hate having to watch every last stupid purge creature that shows to make sure I don’t kill a named.
More then that though I would love to see The purges work better. No warping, better attacks, maybe even coming from more directions. Spawning just a few blocks outside of the base, like at the edge of the no build zones and then set to path to the center of that zone killing as they go.
Perhaps some form of object that controls which base the purge targets and grants rewards at the end of the purge. Perhaps granting purge thralls after you survive X purges or something.
I know people, who fled from official to private PVE servers (because of theme parks BTW) and their admins make Purges as global event. I mean they spawn Purges so big, that it takes efforts of ALL players to fend off one Purge from one base.
I do not believe such level of colloboration is possible on official, but the fact is that such gameplay has it’s players.
There should be random small bands of berserkers and the like (packs of beasties for non-humanoid) roving across maps randomly all the time. Weekly/monthly, the bands should grow large and be attracted to the obvious wealth/food-stores/people that gather in large builds.
Oh, and it should be all tweakable by Admins on private servers

Yes, it does. The description is poorly worded. As @bbtech already explained, the difference between 1+ and 0 is that the former requires a certain number of targeted clan members to be online, whereas the latter requires only 1 person to be online on the whole server, regardless of the clan.
This has been confirmed on official servers by various players. My clan has had offline Purges in the past.
