If agent success and failure texts are content now, then some of it is indeed locked behind a “someone must pay for it” wall.
Personally, I’m happy that Laughing Jenny was available for “free” because her stories are just the best.

Hope you’re right. When old port is reinstalled they will certain go faster with Cingo and new continents. Maybe PVP needs to be one of the first things to be as community needs their fusang in order to accept new features.
