I think you answer your own question when, in your next post, you say, “Because there is no other game like it. Its both sad and great at the same time.”
Imagine this game owned and operated by a competent company. I’d never play anything else.

Just to be clear I’m not saying in that post that I don’t care about bugs and glitches. I’m saying I’ve given up on caring about them because all signs point to them never being fixed.
The rest is me joining in the fantasy of what we’d like to see. My reasoning is that bugs and glitches take a back burner to the servers not being accessible at all, followed by an entire play style/set of servers being completely negated and pointless by hacks and cheats. Aka big picture, most bang for the buck type things as pertains to a management position. Because keeping more people happy and playing results in more income which in turn means smaller and more niche issues are more likely to be addressed.

I would agree with you if this was the 3rd time it happens , I mean once , it may be an error , 2 you start to see a pattern , so the 3rd time you should not engage with it …. also I saw some people’s video that have gained off of last time debacle depending on various precise parameters to be aligned correctly and would think maybe they could reiterate if the exact same scenario would occur … you never know what can motivate someone to buy the stuff in game
also to be fair , it’s another problem this time , the error here appears after making a crom coin purchase of a bazaar item , not a problem of incorrect balance … still it’s no excuse to bad plugin behavior … not following the updates of your payment process plugin or “third-party service” and react only when the updates screw something ….

People keep returning to this sale, but when I bought Crom coins a few days ago, there was no sale, I didn’t know there had just been a sale, and the last time I bought anything was a while ago. I don’t think I ever bought Crom coins on sale. If I now have to track Crom coin sales, and make sure not to buy anything within X number of days after the end of a sale, then I’d rather just not buy anything at all.

I love how we have legitimate users currenty blocked from posting on forums in relation to the whole ban fiasco that is happening and people still having the “Authentication Failure” after being unbanned because their forum accounts are new but we got a dude having a meltdown here just fine.

They banned players again for negative CC balance? I thought that two years ago (when I was affected by it too) they learned their lesson and would be more careful next time. Apparently, they decided to make enemies among the last few “whales” who remained in the game.
