No email for a week ban?

There’s never an email sent advising you of a suspension/ban.

Because our Funcom IDs are not tied to anything except for access to Official servers.

You’re also not going to get an explanation even though you’ll probably be advised to submit a ban appeal ticket through Zendesk - lock thread, delist.

My advice is to read the Terms of Conduct, Guidelines and Procedures and hope your interpretation is correct. Take a look at the Landclaim abuse on Official Servers post for examples of what to avoid. Do your best but don’t expect that it is going to matter.

There’s no such thing as permanance on Official servers and the ToC and Zendesk have been wielded as a weapon since 2021. Simply doing a quick search here on the forums will show you how much of a controversial topic it has been.

A tip: watch for signs in behaviours. If I had been you knowing what this player had been doing to others I would have packed everything up and BV’d for a few weeks. Too little, too late unfortunately.
