You find the option when you create your character. Or when you are in a single player game you can go to settings/server settings,then activate admin mode and scroll down to the bottom. There you find a list wher you can select “none”, “partial” and if you are lucky “full”. But that last option …

If possible, try to reinstall Conan Exiles and see if the issue persists.
Also can you please let us know what game version you are using (Steam version, Gamepass version, etc)?
