As a first ever message to Funcom forums, I’ll start asking has there been been a change to lost city archives? When I was playing the game some time back, those scroll duplicates you got from archive were a real problem. Now that I have been playing the game I haven’t had a single duplicate scroll.
So has there been some changes to this that I have missed? And I’m not complaining about it since it makes life easier, just wondering about it.
you should buy a lottery ticket. i took a fresh character there a few days ago with 100 fragments, i came back with 87 duplicate recipes
I started my latest character a couple of weeks ago. One of my visits to the Esoteric Library got me 4 Kinscourge Statues scrolls in a row, one after the other.
Based on that alone, I highly doubt they changed anything.
The thread wherein Burbot discovers they are the Chosen One.
This one would be jubilant.
However, it seems you are just on an exceedingly lucky roll.
And as a hindsight, one should never tempt fate. I got two duplicates yesterday, but after that, I started getting new ones. But was just wondering that does it have anything to do with the relic you find in the lost city? Because I found that atlantean language scroll and was wondering does that have anything to do with anything? At least logically it would make sense to be able to find new information when you understand the language they are written with.
But, this needs more research. If this continues, I’ll try to remember to post it here.
There is a number of languages all around the map. This is a new feature, RP, so you’ll become the linguist. It has nothing to do with your luck or the rng of the game.
If you find all the languages you can type messages in every language you wish and only the players that possess the knowledge of the language will be able to read it.

I have been very unlucky with duplicates, I have had more petrified egg duplicates than hot dinners in real life
This one hopes that speaks to countless useless scrolls and not limited nourishment options.
We have a similar UC RNG.
