No People in the Riverwatch Camp

Type of issue: All of the NPCs are missing from Riverwatch Camp
Server type: All of them
Region: US Eastern
Hardware: PS4 & PS5

Bug Description:

All of the Darfari normally present in Riverwatch Camp, located in D4 (Teleport - 125726 203506 -14098), are missing. This includes a sometimes a named bearer, dancer, archer, tanner, and fighter. Also, very close to the camp is the 100% spawn location of the Ritualist, who is also missing.

The Yog shrine is also missing.

Curiously, the hyenas that are also in the camp are there.

This is happening in PvE, PvP, PvE-C, and on my offline single player game.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in
  2. Run to camp
  3. Kill the hyenas
