Me and few buddies are on a private server and there doesnt seem to be any wild surges spawning at all. Is this a bug or??

yea i had that happen yesterday on my local single player. i thought that was one heck of a way to fix the BAAAAM, but then today they came back. who knows?
I’ve hears that turning down/off Volumetric Fog will help this. Why the correlation? /shrug

If you’re using improved quality of life mod it’s probably that. If not try uninstalling any new mods and restart the server a couple times.
