NPC suggestions to enhance single player

I really love Conan Exiles. I have about 300 hours in game and have played on both PVP and PVE servers. Last week I started up a single player game. I’ve been playing it to chill after work. Here are my thoughts on what will really enhance single player, and possibly multiplayer.

A few more NPC cities where NPCs will not attack unless attacked, similar to Sepemeru. At least 1 in each biome would be nice, if it’s not already there (as I said I just started again). And in these cities, merchants that not only sell but are in need of materials and will buy from you. Have what they need vary from day to day. You can even make it like quests. Let’s say some NPC merchant in Sepermeru cannot get out east so needs you to sell them silk (or feathers) they require to make clothes. They will give you a silver coin (or maybe a new coin type you can only get from selling to merchants) for your troubles.

Just my thoughts as single player feels as there needs to be more to do.

I agree, single player should have quests and other activities for people who enjoy a single player experience.

I feel like quests would extend the life of the game for some players, the quests would be optional for players like you who do not prefer them, but something to do for players who want them.

Yes, the quests would be optional (forget what I said about a new coin). I think it would be good if there was 1 location with merchants in each biome. And what each merchant needs will vary every real life day (or a couple in game days [not hard to program]). Also, what they need will be something not found, or hard to find, in that biome. Maybe someone in the desert needs fur, or someone in the frozen lands needs aloe soup, etc.

Then don’t do them.

I would absolutely love quests. Optional quests that is. Would give the game even more reason to keep playing. And a better tradings system. And more cities like you requested. While we are talking about Npc’s please update the sand reaper AI. I can literally kill the legendary creature with a stone sword if needed. because whilst being attacked it doesn’t attack back because it has only one slow attack animation. But we definetly need optional quests that give you items and weapons.

Quests would be cool but not the exclamation mark over heads type. It should be something more natural like helping an exile who has been treed by a crocodile or aiding a patrol in clearing a nest of undead.

I just hope they see this.

I don’t want to bring faction base quests into this with the current issues they still have. The server has enough draw on it without having to check player status, for all players, when checking actions available to that status. I’d be cool with adding neutral random events complete quest get goods but factions at this point would just draw to much from server processing at this point.
