I purchased this game on steam and I found that there is only blank in my gameplay setting where there should be the nudity level settings. My friend use the family share copy to play with me and he has this option. We are in the same country and the other copy of the game is purchased on steam as well
Check server settings. The nudity option is server and player, so 2 settings.
