The 4th Agility perk, as the way it is now, only helps the ones who uses medium or heavy armor, but what about those who prefers to stay in light? This perk must have an additional bonus for light armor users, or its just an useless perk.
If the intention is only to help medium and heavy armor, it should swap places then, make it be the 5th perk and bring the double jump to 4th.
