After months of playing with my clan on OS#1515 (last online last night) we logged in this morning to character creation. Why did this happen? Can this be fixed? Is this real life?

OH my good lord in heaven! I have been playing since forever… everything is gone and my life is now officially destroyed. My one true love was my base and all my loyal thralls. Gone… everything is gone. Level 60 gone. Gear gone. Base gone. Thralls gone. Load of wood I brought in last night… gone.

Yup, same thing happened to me. No patience on the server admin. Few bugs so they wiped. Didn’t want to wait for Funcom to fix the issues. I’m not going back to that server with the same admins. I will find another.
maybe if they have a backup of the save, theres a way for you to import it locally in solo?
(as far as i know, the local game runs as a local server even in solo, but im newish and only play solo so far)
Yes, that would technically be possible.

Is it not an official server? Would that make Funcom the admin?
If it was wiped it’s not an official server, officials don’t wipe.

Thank you Spynosaur_Nicole for looking into this. My Clan is looking forward to playing with the new content. I can no longer find the server in the server list. I will keep checking.
Official servers are currently down for the Pet System update and will return once fully updated.

Absolutely happy to help! I just hate that it happened at all in the first place. So when I brought it up, it’s something they were looking into as well. Glad it seems back to normal!!
