Official Server LATAM 4520 takes 2hours to restart

Official PVE server #4520 (LATAM) takes 2 hours to restart on a daily basis

At first it goes off at 2am, comes back at 3am, then stays on for 10 minutes and then it goes off again at 3:15am and comes back at 4:15am

This is a daily issue

Edit: not trying to bump the post but, anyone from the team paying attention to this report?
