Please see attached image. The purge happened outside the official server hours of 18:00 - 22:00. This resulted in me not being able to be online for the purge to help protect. Why did this happen?

Purge hours are servers time zone. The event log is your time zone. That may be the reason for your confusion. If you’re in a different time zone from the server it will not match your local time.
For example the purge happens for me between 16:00 and 20:00 local time.
So how am I meant to find out what the time slot is? I’ve asked this here before, and I was told to use the time in the event log so I’m not sure what I am meant to use?
It’s an EU server, and I’m in the UK, if it matters

#3058. I have server settings say 7 days a week, purge time is 18:00 - 2200 
Judging by your log, the server is at least one hour ahead of your local time. I would guess it’s actually two hours ahead, based on the start time of 5:40, and our own purge experience. You can start to plan around that.
The next best course of action is to ask players on the server if they know what the local server time is, based on their experiences with the purge.
Wait, so there’s no actual way to know? Really? That doesn’t seem right.
So far the only way I’ve figured out how to find out what time zone any server references to is to ask one of the Community managers to tell us in these forums … so @Ignasi could you please let the OP know what time zone their server PS4 3058 is linked to so they can figure out what time the purge window is meant to be for them in their time zone.
Server 3058 should be running under a CEST timezone.
