Server 1977 says its online, but keep loading forever (nobody can log in)

What’s your ping, Kyrturios? Can you please share a screenshot of yours with us here? Is your ping showing 9999 or perhaps just over 200?
Its normal, just keeps an eternal loading, not just for me btw (at least 4 people that play on that server cant connect right now)
not even on direct connection… probably why have 0 players right now.
I’d like to help you, but I don’t have any advice right now. 
I’m assuming you are not the only one affected, right? What I do know, however, is that the loading screen bug has been around for a while. I hope you can get help soon!
It’s alright, but the weird thing is, 7 of the 14 LATAM servers we cant connect, definitely something “servers connections problems” is happening.
I’m having the same issue. After a ~5 minute loading, it shows this message: “Connection Failure Could not connect to server. Your connection to the host has been lost.”
This seems to be a server sided issue. Perhaps resetting the server might do the trick?
As a side note, this server has HUGE bases all around the map. Perhaps some kind of limit was reached?
Huge bases is definitely a problem, but i dont think this is the case, i dont believe this connection problem is exclusively to 1977 server, maybe to LATAM servers.
You’re probably right. I just tried 1975 (same IP address, different port) and got the same issue.
I also tried 1517 (America, different IP) and it worked fine.
What I happened to notice is the query port.
That isn’t the typical client port as I’ve been using for direct connect.
Then again, I’m running my own server so perhaps the settings are different.
And again the same problem today… are conan abandoned?
The server kick everyone, 15 players and no one can go back in anymore!
And only returns on programed server reset at morning.
OH MY GOD! I’ve seen posts about this problem, and in the same server (and in diffrent times … 2019,2020,2021,2023) …

While I’m having the same issue as yesterday, I can confirm that the server went back before the server reset at 5 AM today.
We are expected to report this issue on the funcom helpshift site. Sorry for the lack of link as I got a message saying that I couldn’t post the link. Weird. You can find it by googling it.
Yea, you’re probably right
But anyway, i dont think they care anymore, just look at all the posts about problems like this.
To be honest, i was gonna buy Dune, but naah… just to pass to the same problems again, we need to find another game to play

This has been happening on several official servers: the server is online, suddenly drops all connections, remains online but when trying to log in it gets stuck in an infinite load. It gives me the impression that they are saving resources, if that is the case they could reduce the number of official servers and leave the ones that remain fully functioning.
