Didn’t the black hand armor used to be a recipe you got at the ship?
Ran in to a cave north on the broader between desert and jungle, right at the boarder with the world. Zolthar’s refuge{?}. New to me. Went on chat and immediately felt old. “oh that’s been there fore ever”. has it?
But it’s like the bread recipe, known if forever, can never remember it. Been playing single player too long. Funcom has been adding stuff that I am unaware of till I trip over it

Black Hand armor last time probably couple years ago up towards the Captain one pole like Hyena armor.
I don’t know for the black blood recipe. I’ve only known it as a loot in the chests of the crow-like bosses.
For the bread, don’t worry. It’s more intuitive to cook meat than make bread, so I doubt a lot of players actually remember its recipe, even on multiplayer servers xD
Black blood tools are a drop from the children of jhil, they’ve never had a recipe. Black hand armor you can partially get with a T4 armorer, with only some of it from Flotsam
Black Blood tools have never been a ‘recipe’ to learn, but yes they’re a legendary tool dropped from that 3-skull bat-crow in the Bin-Yakin’s Seal cave.
Yes, Black Hand armor is a recipe learned at the pirate ship in Buccaneer’s Bay.
My guess is some one needed to store stuff fast threw things into furnace came back later wondering why bread was in. I learned about it on Forum is it learned somewhere in a recipe laying around
Yeah, I think it’s called Black Corsairs Armor, is that not what you meant? I think the normal black hand gear is just unlocked under the knowledge tab.
T3/4 armorers know it now. But I thought at one time, you went to the black galleon to learn the raged pirate armors. Now that may have changed with the flotsam addition/update.
No. I think you’re confusing Feasts-On-Flesh in Bin-Yakin’s Seal with Shrouded-By-Darkness in Lockstone Cave.
Feasts-On-Flesh drops black blood tools. They can’t be crafted.
Shrouded-By-Darkness drops the Specialist Ammunition IV crafting recipe.
Not at the Black Galleon. At the Black Galleon you can get the Black Hand Banners feat. At Jamilla’s Liberty, you can get the Buccaneer feat and the Black Corsair Garb feat, which allows you to craft some clothing and armor items.
No, not forever. But it has been there a very, very long time now.
In our base, I crafted a meal of each, and put them either in the “buff” fridge, or the “not to craft again” fridge depending on if they give an additional buff or not.
The exceptions: the hot/cold buff meals (strong protection = in the useful fridge, weak protection = in the useless fridge).
Let’s face it, the “not to craft again” fridge is full.

I think people over look the foods. I thank the wiki for giving me all the buff for the foods so I know what to feed whom; and not waste time on a thrall pot.
Apparently me thinking the black blood tools was a recipe was a false memory. But some of it is just Funcom changed things and I played along in bliss till I tripped over the change.
I’ve just been paying more attention since 3.0. There for a while Conan development sort of trudged along and I lost interest, stopped being active on the forum and such.
Also took some time off while I got deep in to Battle royals. Not a fan of survival PVP, do like BRs. So missed quite a few updates.
