I have posted for two weeks… not posting the picture again, over a month of something in to zendesk about a base being surrounded by another player and still nothing done. Last time they said, “be patient we have a lot of complaints because of chapter 3” … funny how other people make a complaint and within 1 week something is done …. Where’s the disconnect? Funcom employees playing and making stuff happen? Need to QQ harder? Again pics, videos, and more sent and yet they remain, along with signs taunting players.
Chapter 3 was released this month;barely 2 weeks old. How could you get a message blaming chapter 3 release as the reason why you aren’t getting attention?
But if the offending clan is large, they can stack complaints on your builds to get faster attention. All you need is an email to make a complaint.
Plus the ability to communicate succinctly and with objective details and data needed for quick investigation get better attention than emotionally driven ‘make the bad men go away’

So you want to defend funcom with, if you want to get something done you need multiple people complaining versus being able to make a report and it gets taken care of. So, I get the disconnect, Mob rule! Why have rules if they aren’t going to enforce them? Also with that logic someone can wipe you out for no reason as long as you QQ about whatever they are doing, even if it’s not breaking their rules. Not to mention when people report them and then others do too they respond with “we will only communicate with the person being hurt”
Oh not to mention I did get that response of chapter 3 is the reason and it was posted in these very forums
Are you hangry? You need a snickers bro. I understand your frustration I’ve had my fair share from funcom. But try not to let it stress you out.
Actually I put out there the very issue with the current reporting system and why it fails. Trying to put some value into the thread before the moderators wake up and close it as it’s a Zendesk issue
