Paid account is frozen for no reason

Hey FC I am worried because I see on this forum, and in game a few people are having this issue and don’t seem to be getting anywhere. I paid to open an account and you guys took the money which I can provide proof of if necessary. Then the account is frozen and I get an email saying I need to repay and reasons why the payment might not have went through - when it did go through.

This is really annoying because I just want to play on that account and have already had the fair amount of money taken away to do so. PLEASE fix this issue for me and everyone else having it as this is just theft at this point.

For Acount or payment Issues please use the E-mail Ticket System.
The forum is not the appropriate place for it. If you make a Ticket through the System then you can only wait.
