Don’t know that this stands any chance of being resolved, but the password reset system does not work. I have multiple old accounts that I’ve attempted to reset, with no luck.

Is there a super secret method to get my account credentials set up again?

Sorry, what platform do you mean? OS/Browser?

Anarchy Online is the game and it is a very inconsistent experience. I managed to get my password reset and log in, but now I’m trying to look at something in my account page and it says my password is not working again. Yet, i can still log in via the game.

I have some free accounts that its hit or miss if I get the reset email then hit or miss if I get the password sent, yet more perceived randomness on if that password actually works.
