There’s a couple of easy ways of fetching your system specs but would perhaps require a little extra edition from your end to remove some redundant information. Steam has an easy way to see your specs if you go to Help -> System information. You can also get a detailed list by running dxdiag in your system.
You can save a plain text version, and upload it to Pastebin. Not sure why you’re having so much trouble with the web publish.
I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before, but here’s a picture. I’m not sure if it includes 100% of the information you guys need but if you need more I can try to get it?
No, it’s only got about 2% of the info I can see from the full report.
Ok, my bad. I found how I can save the raw text file. I’m going to boot up the game and get some data and then come back, then link the data (it’s super long) it should take about 20 minutes.
I got the text uploaded! I found a neat website where I was able to put the full report up at.

You have Windows Defender. It’s basically crap. First you will have to exclude the Conan directory from all scans. Then afterwards I recommend disabling it, and getting a real AV solution like Bitdefender. (You’ll want to exclude Conan from that as well.)
At a minimum exclude the Conan directory, though I personally recommend excluding all of Steam so it covers all your current games, plus any you add later. -
Go into Chrome’s options, and tell it not to run background tasks when Chrome is closed. Then close Chrome before you are playing. You only have 8GB RAM, and Chrome with a few extensions can easily use half of that fast.

Flux is a bit dated, but it’s not a bad program. Shouldn’t be running when you’re playing though.

GlobalMeet for Desktop is another one to shutdown when you’re playing. 8GB is entry-level RAM these days. You want the game to be able to use as much as it can, and you don’t have a lot of overhead after the OS takes it’s 1.2GB.

Your drivers seem to be up to date, but follow these steps…
a. Download this driver
https://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/147182
b. Once it’s downloaded, right-click it and choose “Run as Administrator”.
c. Choose the install to do ONLY the driver. NO GeForce Experience.
d. Choose “Advanced settings”.
e. Un-check the HD Audio driver.
f. Check the box for “Perform a clean installation”.
g. Once it’s completed, reboot your computer. -
Since you have an AMD CPU, be sure to check this thread…
AMD Workarounds Thread
That’s what I’ve got so far. Sorry for the delay, I was writing this while doing squad missions.
Hmm, I completed all of those steps and none of that seems to be working. I did take a look at the AMD workarounds thread, but those didn’t seem to work either (I tried the 1st one).
Then most likely it’s simply the GPU. Your 1050 with only 2GB is the absolute bottom tier for that generation. It doesn’t even score as high as the previous gen’s 960. (And the 960 has 6GB RAM standard)
I would advise lowering settings like Shadows, Reflections, bloom, SSAO, and other high-GPU options. May even try lowering the resolution.
That’s the thing though, it does it on ultra graphics as well as on low end laptop mode. It also did not use to do this before when I played in 2018, and I was using the same computer. I know it’s not the most powerful computer, but it used to run the game just fine and now it doesn’t.
When I had a similar problem -the solution was to transfer the client Steam to SSD. Not the game, but the Steam itself. It is absolutely not clear how this is connected or what Steam does during the game, which completely freezes the PC…
That sucks, I don’t even have one of those to try this method to see if it works. Thank you for the suggestion though!
In steam library right click conan>properties>set launch options and paste this
-useallavailablecores -noslpash -preferredprocessor 6
check how it is now
Sadly it didn’t work, but thank you for trying!
Still having this issue, and can’t really play the game.
Hi, apologies for the additional message. But I’m still having this issue. It occurs both on low and high graphics with the same rate of frequency.
