why is the game freezing on everyone?
If your post get flagged i dont see why, nothing unpolite, this is just censorship .
Sorry funcom if your playerbase is clever enough to find out why you removed steam API.

I am having the same issue. You can connect from internet with direct connect over ip:port
They need a hotter fix, so it can unfreeze the game.

since the new update patch, almost everyone on my servers game is freezing up. including me. i wiped my server with the new update. so we were able to get into game with no issues. since the patch…the players who were crashing or the screen was freezing up, are now able to join with no issues. now, the players who had no issues b4, have what ever issues the other ppl had b4. so my game keeps freezing up. i cant run my server if i cant get in game … i have windows 10
I was going to post a rant but they have never worked in the past so why bother.
Is there any word on when they are going to actually get the game playable? ??? in server select and freezing after 2 minutes isn’t quite what I would call playable.
I’m going to have to join the chorus of those saying you should roll the game back to the previous version. Even if it has to be done with the DRM software.

En ce qui concerne notre serveur sur Gportal, nous avons donc récupéré nos personnages et ça se passe bien pour l’instant sauf pour le joueur qui tourne avec windows 7.
Il réussit à se connecter au jeu, mais freeze au bout de deux minutes avant d’être éjecté du serveur.
Merci pour ce que vous pourrez faire pour ce genre de problème.
Like I say before last topic was closed roll back to november 2019 + wipe 
May be the last option is to find a warez version before december 2019 and play solo on it … or try to setup a private server with it.
I get the same message. This is getting frustrating with how long it is taking them to fix this…

Just installed this latest patch. Now I get the “Lost Online Connection” error dialog 100% of the time. I can see the server list populate behind this dialog, and it seems like pings are lower, but I cannot select a server. Windows 8.1, 16GB RAM, hardwired gigabit Ethernet connection.
just keep trying takes me about 10 trys for it not to pop up before to direct to connect
DO we have to do this server side also? or just local?

Think i play ARK in the future
when I launch a game, recieved message, that I connedted to Funcom Services…ok.
I connected (saw, I mean, I have internet connection)
But when I try to play online, I saw another message, that I should have internet connecton to play online. Really?
Before this update our server had a few select players lose their players, after this update, over half our player list lost their toons, and every player lost all rank tags and /sethome. What are you guys even doing
