I FIXED IT FREEZING SCREEN… u need to uninstall battle eye… close game. go to c drive… click program x86… click steam… click steam apps… click common… click conan exiles …click conan sandbox… click saved… click logs DELETE EVERYTHING IN LOGS FILE… open conan back up… reinstall battle eye … start game

The uninstall battleye + removal of silentlogs worked for me.
But another player of my server have a SIlentLog-3 and not -0 …how?
he’s trying to create file with -0 and -3 to see if it works…
So, I see posts about how we can go into this file and change this and that or uninstall battle eye and reinstall etc. You know what? I don’t think that I should have to tinker with my own PC to fix a game that I paid for. THEY need to fix the game NOT me. I am not that desperate to play a video game and I have 96 other games in my Steam Library to play. I love Conan and have played since release. I have my own server…but, I am fine with just being patient and waiting for the Devs to get it together. So, it’s off to play another game. Peace.
PS… EVERY game has problems sometimes with updates… give the Devs a break and be patient.
It did not work for me… everytime I try to connect it shows me connecting to funcom services than tells me i need to connect to the internet…
For the love of all that is holy, can you give us ANY INFO on the problem with connecting to Funcom live services. Is it being worked on or what. ??? 
i cant login to funcom live services too
i bought this game 1/31/18 i think it was. and all the dlc last week and im done. im not even going to try for a refund (looks like funcom needs every cent) after the hot fix it ran fine for about a half hour. i tabbed out for a min when i came back it froze up i rebooted now steam wants a full install 3rd time this week for that this week
Roll back to previous backup, then update. Should reconnect your players with their characters.
Are you on your own box, or server-as-a-service?
Are all the updates going to be cheap pieces of junk that break right away and are covered in lead paint? Just like all the other stuff made in… CHINA.

Client Freezes - We are working on a solution to this. This generally happens when you are connecting to a server with a mod list that is different from yours. When the client restarts to reload the modlist it starts in a state that will eventually cause it to freeze up. You can get around this by reordering mods on your Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Mods\modlist.txt manually. We will hopefully have a fix for this soon.

Lost characters - We are also investigating characters that still remain lost. However, you can manually resolve this by completing character creation, logging out, and logging back in again. You should then have your original character back.

When I log into my server, i was forced to create a new character. Pippi has my old character listed as well. I think the server believes Im not the same player.
You guys are like puppies, you make adorable puppy eyes at us, jump up and lick our faces then eat our shoes, piss on the carpet and s&^% on our beds. Still not working, still don’t have my old character even after creating a new toon and logging out and in as described above. Seriously think it’s time for even this die-hard fan, who normally defends you to the hilt and loves your game more than any other game I have ever played, to find a new game. It rubs salt in the wound to keep seeing that message “Please remember that updates can mess with your installed mods. We suggest taking a backup of your current database before updating to any new patch if you have mods installed” after your Forum updates. Really, Funcom? I would have made a back up if a) G-Portal “backup” actually worked more than 10% of the time (yes I’ve logged a ticket and “they are aware it doesn’t work some (MOST) of the time” and yes I am aware you are not G-Portal but by Crom you guys are a good match for each other with these issues b) you gave us some &*(^ing WARNING that you were about to FORCE an update.
