To all the guys that are so upset about my despawning of a giant croc: It seems that you have either forgotten something about me or you did not research a little bit before lashing out 
All my bug reports have at the top the line
Thus I find it highly amusing how some people lash out without thinking there could be more about it 
My post was meant as advice for the OP. He could despawn the croc, shore up his defenses and then remove the block
