Not everyone, no. Bringing them more in tune with each other would also make transfers way less problematic (if they ever return).

No chance. Not while lighting exists in the way it does. That should tell you something about the unbalance
Those have nothing to do with each other though. Sorcery is available on both maps anyway.

So you don’t think someone transferring in with a inventory of punches and all the feats learned would cause absolute mayhem?
It’s worse than transferring in with a god in my opinion. At least a god you can see on the map.
Probably. Whether it’d be worse than what they can do anyway without transfers? Don’t know, don’t really care. But I’m fine with transfers staying “off” for official PvP servers if that’s what you guys want.
Still has nothing to do with Siptah recipes dropping in EL with no way to acquire the needed parts though.

Well, it’s either A) A mistake (those recipes shouldn’t drop or they shouldn’t require eldarium), or B) An oversight (we should be getting eldarium somewhere in the Exiled Lands).
We should have had an official answer by now, it’s a pretty straightforward question.

It’s a pretty straightforward answer too. The NPCS dropping the schematic fragments on Exile Lands obviously didn’t have their loot tables adjusted.
I feel like it’s pretty obvious funcom isn’t going change all the delving recipes to require no eldarium.
