After many surges and spawning 50 blade masters in admin they are 100% male. Please add females (or greatly increase the chance of being female).

I was thinking the same about Aesir warriors, except I always get females…
If you are on a private server or play solo the mod “CharEditLite - Recompiled - 1.0.6” can help , it allows to change the look of your thrall including gender.
