Please, connection issues, HELP

Hi!

Since the last update one of my admins can no longer access the server (private server, EU, PVP). He can’t even access the list!

  • He starts his game
  • It accesses the menu
  • He clicks on multiplayer and the game freezes…
    Impossible to connect because you can’t access the selection page or the direct connection!

Please do you have a trick I can try to help him out or an idea where it might come from!

He tells me it’s not from his machine, but if you have an idea, I’ll take it!

Did he try using steam? They show servers as well, and the game gets started when connecting to a server. (Or start the game, then tab down to steam again and look for the server.)

Singleplayer works as intended for him? If not, it might indeed be his machine?

I didn’t know that, how can he do it ? Where we can find the list in steam please ?

He told me that solo mod is ok. But i’ll check again.
