Please fix your servers ! game is unplayable

I’ve started playing this game like 2 weeks ago, and already lost 5 thralls and 3 horses because of server crashes !!

This game is unplayable ! That is so unfair to play a game and put time into it then the server crash out of nowhere for me and my friend at the same time while we were in the middle of the unnamed city, Tried to relogin again but finding the demonic message “Connecting to funcom services” without success.

After 2 hours of trying, restarting PC, restarting my network, logged in found my character dead and respawned on the base, our horses are dead and lost all the resources we went for in the unnamed city !

Fix your servers or refund me the money i spent on DLCs and the game itself.

Well honestly nothing you say help. Ok now server number, region, pc spec, verify files, (due note there has been some issues with funcoms live service recently). This actually belongs in pc bug reports as well that way dev can see it faster and better. And I’ll ping them for you but please put information I asked cause it can help if it’s a server/hardware problem/compatibility issues etc. @Community
