A few Halloweens ago, there was a quest where you go into the Fog. The quest had the name of some dude that you were looking for in the title, and when you enter the fog, there’s like some maze-type thing made up of streets and houses, as well as shifting cars? I remember there was a puzzle also toward the end of the quest, and I seem to recall accessing it on the coastline (Duh, since it’s about the Fog, lol) and I think there was some mention of a recording device to record the sounds inside of the fog or something to that effect? I don’t think I’ve been able to access it again, though it could be because I haven’t played that character for a long time.
Also, totally OT, but there’s that quest regarding finding the dead body in the trunk of the junkyard. Any story behind that, or is it meant to really creep us out? Lol.
I think it’s the Tyler Freeborn mission chain in Blue Mountain. IIRC, it starts from a camera on the beach near the North of the map. The mission you describe is the last in the chain of three or four missions which start automatically when you finish the previous one
