Okay, so if we translate from the car analogy back to Conan Exiles, we can ask Funcom to implement a ridiculously high in-game hard block limit that won’t even stop most of what they’re calling land claim abuse right now.
So why should they spend their dev resources on that?
No, it doesn’t. If we’re still talking about in-game hard limit, it doesn’t involve any official admins because “speeding” is literally impossible, but so are many other ways to build.
Again, hard limits are a topic we’ve discussed to death and back, and yet people insist on asking for it and moving the goal posts back and forth every time a counterargument is offered.
If you want the hard block limit to be useful in removing rule infractions, it has to be small enough to also cripple the normal non-douchey builders. If you want it to be high enough to allow for normal building, then it’s not going to be very useful in removing rule infractions.
