I payed for deluxe and got a standard issue. Now I’m waiting for days on end for xsolla to get back to Me. Not impressed… Thinking of requesting a refund.

I paid for deluxe and received standard as well, no launch day email or key upgrade. Requested the deluxe content from Xsolla but they said to contact Funcom instead. Hope the Funcom route yields better results.
If you purchased the key through buy.mutantyearzero.com you will need to ask Xsolla for your Deluxe Edition content key through help.xsolla.com. If you have a receipt for your purchase they should be able to help you out.
