Problems with AO Suport

i realy dont know what to do. My account has a approved payment for 12 months payed 24/4 and are still frozen,due to error from funcom i have tryed to to get contact true al chanals but ar gettin no response or help i only get this automail tellin me to be patient,how patient do i have to be havent been able to play my account even my payment status say valid i realy think this ir rude,
