Ps4 foundation Disappears

I’m having an issue were the night before I would put foundations around the outside of my base to claim the land. another clan put some down by my base ( say last week for example) well the next day when I log back on all of my foundations outside my base disappeared, or even when I put them down, it won’t show it being build just the resources depleted

or it will show that I put some down, and I’ll see it on my screen other times it won’t show it being built and the resources will be gone from my inventory
